NJ Headlight Tailight Laws
Title 39 is unclear with modification of the headlights and tail lights I am not modifying the tail light or head light at all I am just installing blue film on the headlights and smoked black film on the tail lights is that illegal 39:3-50 covers bulbs but I am not changing the bulbs
