I ordered tires a couple times from tire rack and had no porblems till a few days ago when they sent me one shaped like an egg and we only noticed once it was the car because when it was the tire alone you couldnt tell. We tried to send it back but the return policy for them is once its on a wheel you cant return it. (We traded the egg wheel at a garage and they sent it back to goodyear and we got a new tire)
Other then that they are awesome and really good at 2-3 day shipping
