Quick update...
The holidays kept me busy so I wasnt over at the car but I'm back in the swing of things... was there Tues and Weds nights... just got some little things done really.
I have the water necks painted and installed, and the front swaybar installed as well. These things needed to happen before I could have the intercooler piping fabbed up. I also need to purchase a 45 degree elbow to weld onto the compressor outlet of the turbo and then we can work on making the hot side intercooler piping.
I am buying a Twins Turbo lower water neck rotation adapter which will make for a lot more room to run the IC piping... instead of sticking out to the side it points the water neck straight down. Only pics I have right now...
The oil line fitment is still being a bitch but I may have a solution, going to get some parts at
www.extremepsi.com right now that will hopefully make it work. its a T4 flange with a -10 male and a -10 60 degree hose end:
that will hopefully improve on my current setup which is a T4 flange with 1/2" NPT female threads, 45 degree 1/2" NPT to -10 adapter, and straight -10 hose end... which hits the manifold like so (notice the turbo isnt sitting flush on the manifold because the oil drain is hitting the first runner):
