For me, I listen to aggressive music all the time. When I'm calm, I start to fall asleep. I get so worn out at work that I'm stumbling out to my car from being so tired, so my music is always cranked and always aggressive. I like all types of music, so it really doesn't matter, so long as it's a more up-beat song rather than Frank Sinatra (although I love Old Blue Eyes) or Beethoven (And yeah, I do listen to it).

When I feel like slapping gears I listen to Hardcore or OI! I could name them but I won't

cruising/calm - right now im on a saosin kick.. and i love 311 of course
fast: generally when im putting the car to work, i shut off the stereo... i wanna hear every single noise my baby is making and react properly. no need to confuse that with metal :)

Pull130 might be, I went to skool at pennington with the old guitarist. Hes now in Slain July. Equally as awesome lol. His name was Dan Plimpton.

techno, puts u in a trance though so reaction time sucks, good for straight roads

when im stuck in traffic im usually pissed off and tired so i just turn off the radio becuz rush hour=commercials and commercials piss me off even more
