Guidelines on how to use the Spotted! section properly

Just a couple guidelines for using the Spotted section properly so we can keep the clutter out of this section.

*Only post genuine spots of people you are looking to find on the forum. This can be any kind of car, because you never know if they're on here or if someone might know them. However, please do not come on here to rant or talk down about a car or a situation, thats not what this section is here for.

*If you have a spot you want to post that does not follow this guideline, please post it in the Junk Spot thread which is stickied in this section, and can also be found here: http://www.tristatetuners.com/forum/...ad.php?t=93387

*If you spot a car thats parked somewhere, please do not post specifics about the location as this may be a residence or a place of work, and many do not want that information posted publicly on the internet. You can give enough information so that the person will know if its them without posting specifics. If the car you spot is driving on the road, then it is ok to post specifics of the location.

Lets keep this section clean so that we can help people make a connection every now and again... thanks for your cooperation!
