csmit27 02-20-2012 10:10 PM

i want one so badly!

Honduh 02-20-2012 10:27 PM

What the top speed on this bad boy? I'd like to get one to ride to work but I don't think it could keep up with traffic on 309/78/22.

Man. I miss mine. I had every bolt on mod you could get save for a swap and at most maxed out at 46mph. Ninja tucked as well.

boostedfury 02-21-2012 01:15 AM

i would love to get one this year...if all goes well maybe I can swing it and join the crew.

Slevin 02-21-2012 01:48 AM

this thing does wicked burnouts

ghostRS 02-21-2012 01:56 AM

So whats the deal with legalizing one of these? I know scooters dont need a licensee correct? Still the same deal for registration and insuring as a normal bike?

How does a stock one carry you? Im a fatty, dont think it would like hauling me. Ill keep an eye on your build. I may save up and buy one of these this summer. =]

All you gotta do is buy one, and register it just like you would any other motorcycle. You get insurance which is about 60-75 for the year, and you just need your regular drivers license. And as far as how it carries me, I'm 5'10" 175 and it'll cruise at 37-38 with me on it on flat ground. Im pretty comfortable on it, idk how big you are but i can imagine it getting really cramped if you're like 6'2" and over 220 but there are plenty of big guys that ride them....thats what lowered seat frames and handle bars are for :D

Do these have troubles tripping lights? I might get one to ride to work since its not even 2 miles, and not a heavily populated road. Id hate to be sitting at a light waiting for another car to pull up.

I think thats it for spending money on the visual stuff for now, saving up for the gy6 swap so i can have it done by the time it warms up :D

rocknrace03 02-28-2012 03:45 PM

so sick, once i go back to work after school I'm buying one, heard gas prices are gonna be crazy, this will be perfect for round town cruising! the white one makes my pants grow tight

boostedfury 02-28-2012 04:15 PM

Sick dude drag bars?

grimm 02-28-2012 05:06 PM

these are cool, but i just don't know why i would need one. in the city i can see this being badass!! but in burbia. not so much.

good luck with it!! and have fun!!

one8turbo 02-28-2012 05:37 PM

Ordered my gy6 engine mount and shock mount :) also got some pw:jdm foot pegs and a MOJO customs foot peg mount, and an ncy gas tank cover so i can take off my stock floor board :D She's getting there

one8turbo 03-01-2012 11:26 PM

Picked up an atr frame extension off my buddy for cheap to hold me off until i finish the gy6 swap. Should be installing all my parts this weekend and will hopefully have some pics to show it all off :)

one8turbo 03-04-2012 07:23 PM

Did work this weekend. Installed:
Atr Frame extension
password jdm handball bars and stem
password jam foot pegs
lowered seat frame
led taillight
new plate bracket
Relocated turn signals
deleted speedo
deleted rear brake
removed stock floor boards
installed nay gas tank cover

http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...n/photo-29.jpg

I also have front password jdm pegs i didn't get around to installing, and ordered an ncy front end kit and throttle tube which includes new shocks, wheel, 220mm rotor and caliper, master cylinder, blah blah blah should help stop this beast a little better. Next on the list to order is the gy6 motor :D

caldwell 03-04-2012 08:33 PM
