Anyone know if there are VIP slots open still?

Sublime1304 04-16-2013 06:51 PM

So is there a certain time we have to wait to come in to the show?

dastpe 04-16-2013 07:00 PM

looks like there will just be a line until the gates open at 11. i hope the line moves fast.

Not really, it's trafic light entrance so no parking/waiting to get in early. Its either the gates open and your getting in or keep driving in circles till it is open.

Im buying a vip spot right now

Have a question with regards to VIP parking. I didn't have an issue last year, but two of my friends did. They paid for VIP parking, but they were told by the volunteers running it that they ran out of spots for vehicles; they were forced to park in the regular parking. Will this happen again this year?

VIP Parking Issues.....

Ok here is the story on VIP last year.

Im the guy in charge of it and was/will be taking the registration. Last year we had more then enough spots for Pre-Registered VIP but I was told to allow any and all people who wanted VIP "if they payed there" to get in. That is were the issue started, we had a ton of late comers doing VIP and they ate up stops. This along with almost 20% of the registered VIPs not even showing up or getting there after 12:30-1 made it a down to the wire fill up situation.

This is not happening this year, I will know the numbers for Pre-Registered and the number of extra spots. Once the extra spots are full only Pre-Registered will be getting in.

My advice is to get there between 11-12 if your Pre-Registered VIP and if your thinking of getting VIP "day of" and not Pre-Registered get there as early as possible. There are numerous lots and parking areas with in sight to sit in before 11 to wait on the gates opening.

This would be considered commercial sales at the meet and would require you to be a vendor, no matter where you park. If you are interested in setting up a booth please contact me ASAP, otherwise you won't be able to sell these items at the event.

If you have a personally owned set of wheels that you are looking to sell and have a buyer lined up for them then we're happy to allow you to make the exchange at the event.

The difference between these two situations is a personal sale vs. a commercial sale, just to be clear.

Three "2000+ cars expected" meets in the same weekend. Due to a few factors, I can only choose one.
TST Spring Meet in Warminster, PA Sunday
CPT Spring Meet in College Park, MD Sunday
Porsche Meet in Hershey, PA Saturday

I guess TST it is.

Good to hear that those who paid for VIP parking in advance will be guaranteed a good parking space.

I won't be able to attend this Sunday, I have already paid for a VIP parking spot. Is it possible to be refunded through PayPal? Please let me know who to contact, if at all possible. Thank you!
