edit 16 Dec 08 - The HIN website has dropped the Pocono speedway as the location as of today. It doesn't specify where in PA at this time. Since it is a race weekend I wonder if HIN got ahead of themselves or the deal fell though...will keep you informed as details emerge.

edit 2 Apr 09 - HIN location change. HIN PA has moved to Scranton: PNC Field, 235 Montage Mountain Road, Scranton, PA 18505.

It's a shame Pocono Raceway is lowering themselves and allowing a show like HIN on their facility.

^^ so what, its a car show,im sure some of the rides are sweet, better than nothing

id be down, i also have a cabin thats close to the track that i might beable to use , if i talk the rent into oking it

theyr doin it the night before the pocono 500? thats wierd. ill be up there for the weekend campin in the infield

Not really if you consider NOPI cancelled their shows due to attendance in 2008 and have none scheduled for 2009. HIN reduced their 2009 shows from 23 or 24 to 11 or so. There will be a captive audience already on the grounds and in the area. There really isn't any nightlife around there unless you go into Scranton or Stroudsburg.

I will def be there, i have a MT house that is all of 15-20 mins away from Pocono.....Party all weekend baby.....

im hoping to see some clean sicks cars, not the typical lambo doors, **** tons of speakers and tv's, idk, show cars dont do anything for me, there cool to look at but the money could have been better spent. IMO

I've been going to HIN for last like 5 years and I can tell you. It's gonna but nothing be dissapointment and cheap giveaways. It's getting worse and worse as the years go on.
I'll go if I can ride passenger with someone. I don't feel like driving out, lol, I wanna take pics :D

I will be showing at this event... So ull see some JDM Styled cars at the show hopefully!

They are probably doing it before the race, because Race weekend is a big weekend were many people are in town....With so many car enthuasits around and a car show im sure they feel they will bring in some of the race crowd....makes sense to me and would do the same type of setup to maximize turnout/profit

Yes! alteast there will be one sick car to look at lol bring friends with clean jdm or any clean cars lol.

that makes sense. or to try to take the avid nascar fan and try to for them to gain some intrest in the import scene.
even with a bad economy, events like this, nascar race, generate TONS of money. i went to dover in may for the weekend and there was so many people there and thats only a 1 mile track. i cant imagine what places like talledega's crowd and profits are
