Such a nice car.

Roffle Waffle 09-03-2011 08:27 PM

thanks everyone. its really really fun to drive, and gets faster and faster as the temps drop for the fall.

I'm looking for someone who can tune Alpha-N software for BMWs, so I can put in a water/meth kit and have it tuned appropriately...

92accordex 09-03-2011 11:23 PM

Yup that's the car! Check out awe tuning, does all german cars and are good from what I've heard

TROLL 09-03-2011 11:48 PM

Nice, cool car. About how much power is it making now and how much will the meth help out?

c7scayman 09-04-2011 12:07 AM

Ah, my rival. I have a 986 Boxster. No performance mods yet. Still making payments. Very nice Z4. The Z4 M Coupe is one of my favorite cars as well as the Cayman S. And I just drove by Red Lion today.

rturbo 930 09-04-2011 09:46 PM

When did you get that and what did you do with your Viper?

Roffle Waffle 09-04-2011 10:11 PM

should be about 420rwhp if everything's running right. will know in a about a week. 50/50 water/meth has given as much as 30 rwhp on this kit, but without tuning it will pull the timing up top causing me to lose power. I might even wait until spring to do it, since the temps are going down each day.

Funny that you know about the viper rturbo. Sold the Viper because even though its my dream car and I loved the power and styling, I didn't like everything else. I needed a daily driver with some balls... I didn't like the Viper's seating position, brakes were way too easy to lock up even with upgraded rears, horrible AC, lots of cabin drone, too wide for the street, easy to miss a gear on the tranny even with extensive mods....

Got the z4M(330hp stock) about a year ago, had a regular z4 3.0 before the Viper. My goal is to make is as fast as the Gen 2 Viper GTS, so 12.2@122 at is the target in the short term. Within a few years I'd like to get to 500rwhp and 3000lbs. I'm gonna keep the M roadster for a long long time. Love this car

Ah, I'm guessing you don't recognize my old username. I'm speedracer/Owen from TDF. Sorry to hear the Viper didn't work out, but honestly, I'd take the Z4M too. Nice choice dude.

thanks. no regrets in buying and then eventually selling it.
