[FS] Used Acura RSX turbo kit $600
This turbo kit came off of a great running customer's RSX after he totalled the car. Because of the front end damage to the car the intercooler and some of the pipes were damaged beyond repair. The bulk of the kit is in great shape though and ready to be used as the building blocks of a great turbo setup on an Acura RSX. The kit comes with everything seen in these pictures. does not come with any engine management
-Turbonetics T3 flange turbo -Log style T3 Flange Manifold -External wastegate -Fuel pump -Fuel rail -SS fuel lines -Some intercooler piping and silicone couplers...some torn -550cc???/min injectors -Fuel pump housing -full 3in exhaust This is a great lit for someone looking to make there own kit or peice something together on a budget Feel free to stop by the shop and check it out. If you have any questions that haven't been answered above please ask away. http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/...2-07155748.jpg http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/...2-07155731.jpg http://i1116.photobucket.com/albums/...2-07155716.jpg |
Bump for a nice kit.... whose car was this off of???
Some light cleaning and these components will look great.
This is a great start for anyone looking to piece together a turbo kit for their RSX.
Accepting any intelligent offers.
any chance this would bolt up to a newer SI? i have a friends looking to boost his on the cheap..
I am not sure which of these parts would translate over to his car but you guys are free to come in and take a look at the components and see if you can use the kit.

To the TOP!
How much do you think it would cost to make it complete?
How much would it cost at your shop to install everything? |
That would depend on what kind of components you want to use to fill in the gaps. You can put together a budget setup with lower quality parts for probably a grand or so in parts. The main components are all there but you will need an intercooler core and pipes for sure. Some fuel line, and some other odds and ends.
To have it all installed here would be billed out at the shop hourly rate of $95 per hour but estimating the time to install will depend on the car and just how in depth you would want to get with the build. I would estimate a minimum of 10 hours though with installation and fabrication. |
Thanks for the info but my friend with the RSX said he doesn't even have enough for the kit.
Thanks for trying though. We will part it out if he wants to start piecing things together as money allows.
bump.
To the top! We are willing to entertain offers. Swing by and take a look and throw us an offer.
Bump.
Is all that soot from the EGR system? That looks pretty nasty.
It is pretty dirty in these pics. The car was in a front end collision and the parts sat for quite awhile.
