Figured I would start up a thread that may be helpful to others and possibly myself... :cyberguy:

Just curious where everyone goes for work on their car? (for the things that can't be done in your own garage)

Am looking for maybe a new spot because the spot that I normally go to get some work done here and there just fired the guy that I only let mess with my car(s).

And do everyone a favor lol, dont post up sweet pictures of your own garage and sick set up and make me jealous lol. Thanks :roll:

Maximumpsi.com. 1320performance. Iveytune. Turbotrix. I'll check with Mike R in maximumpsi. Great guy and can do anything. They have a mustang dyno as well.

Maximum psi does any welding I need. Mike is a great guy.

I forgot about MaxPSI, great place. Only thing is its not really south jersey, but worth the drive

JDS Motoring, only place I bring my cars except for paint and body work.

How about shops for paint. Looking for a good job that im not going to have to take a mortgage out on

i use iveytune and ams autowerks in NJ depending on what im getting done.

South Vs North Jersey
 

Unintended trolling? Most of the places mentioned are in North Jersey. If you are in Giants' fan territory, you are in North jersey. In fairness though it seems most of the shops/enthusiasts are in the PA Philly and North Jersey suburbs. Seems like south jersey is more of a 4x4/dirt bike population. not that there is anything wrong with that ...

Na, theres plenty of street cars as opposed to the 4x4 population, yeah its like that when you get to farm land but in the suburbs its cars like ours
