2013 plans
what is everybody doing to prepare for this year's autox season?
i'll be toying with a d-stock build wrx for 2013. parking the cavalier for a season (maybe 2) to tear it down and make some big changes to hopefully reach some personal goals I have for the car. I picked up an 02 WRX already sporting KYB AGX's. Plans are basically d-stock legal mods (catback, panel filter, 1 swaybar change, alignment, r-comps, etc) so what is everybody else doing? :cool: |
I plan to actually get out on the parking lot for an AutoX or the track for a HPDE for the first time! Bone stock Mazda3. I'm interested how long it is going to take to roast my stock brakes lol!

I'm also going DS. Selling my SM car and going for pax points for 2013.

Picked up a 2001 C5z for S-Stock and Nasa TT-3. Stock except for a sway bar and some NT05s. Looking forward to being in a class that actually has people in it (my Fd was in XP and not a lot of people show up for that class).

Considering I haven't done an auto-x in a couple years and my car falls into XP, I plan to do a fair amount of losing.

Would like to go for an auto x event for my first time this year, regardless of how poorly I may do.

Just hoping to see a few Auto-X days in the Juke this year. Won't be able to start whipping it around until the clutch is done and broken in, so it ls looking more like late Spring early Summer if anything.
