Cleaning the insides of windows?
I imagine you guys prep/ clean the insides of windows before tinting cutomers cars and I was just wondering if you could offer me any advice.
The inside of the windows in my car have been pretty dirty recently and I have tried a few different ways of cleaning them and I haven't had much luck. Its just one of those things I always dread doing and I was wondering if you could offer any tips or tricks on how to do it. I have tried paper towels and Windex but that either leaves the paper towel residue or streaks from the Window cleaner. I have also tried Ammonia (sp?) and paper towels and or a small squeegie and that seemed to work a little better but not much. I was just wondering if there was a glass cleaner or a squeegie or clothe you would reccomend using? Thanks for any help in advance. -Dave |

newspaper works well

for best results of streekless and lintless...use a microfiber rag...(those really soft rags), and use rubbing alcohol...if more than 75%, cut with a little water. Trust me, you'll be amazed.

I have heard that news paper works well but I haven't tried that out yet, I'll have to give it a shot. And thanks for the tip Ryan, I think what I am gonna do is try using my microfiber towels and some alcohol or Stoner's Invisible Glass and see how that works out.
