Speed Ticket

I was going 82.5 on 202. Officer wrote 82.5 in the comments but only officially wrote speeding 60+ in a 55.

What does 60+ mean? Will I get points?

AutobahnRacer 05-20-2009 08:05 PM

and if anyone else knows, please PM me.

what did he right down as the violation in the box above the fees?

AutobahnRacer 05-22-2009 11:07 AM

In violation he filled in the bubble saying exceed maximum speed. 60+ in a 55

than in notes put 82.5

Bane 05-22-2009 11:22 AM

no i mean above the block where all the fees are listed there should be a 4 digit number for the section number of the violation he cited you for, what number is it

AutobahnRacer 05-22-2009 11:28 AM

3362 Sub Sec A2

Bane 05-22-2009 11:52 AM

ok, so he cited you for speed but if he only put 60 in a 55 you wont get any points, he put your actual speed in the comments so if you decide that the break he gave you wasnt enough and want to fight it the judge will see how fast you were actually going. What department stopped you?

AutobahnRacer 05-22-2009 12:05 PM

like I said the part that worries me is that he wrote 60+ in a 55 and not just 60 in a 55.
