Customs plate "LOL V8" on route 9 and GSP

Is this anyone here or maybe you know him? It was a right hand drive car with the biggest spoiler known to man.

For the cocky plate, he sure spent a lot of time in my rearview mirror lol.

That's all you've got, that it was RHD? Should narrow it down fairly quickly....

Sorry, I have been driving for years and it was the first RHD car with custom plates that read LOL V8 that I have ever seen. Didn't know that was such a popular combo!

I believe it was a toyota aristo.

It also had an east coast bully sticker on the side.

I guess the turbo spool and wastegate was in my imagination. We played on the GSp for like 10 exits.

Yep that's it. Friend of yours?

mr_eh 07-21-2014 12:34 PM

acquaintance, same shop built our cars.

I don't know anything about his build other than what it looked like so I can't give any more information.

I don't believe he posts on here.

Any idea on how to get a hold of him or what site he may be active on?

What shop built the car?

mr_eh 07-21-2014 01:19 PM

Pride Performance built/tuned it.

No idea how to get in contact with him. I just remembered the plate.

Thanks

I'll see what I can find

camopaint0707 07-21-2014 02:04 PM

I wonder how he got that into the states.

mr_eh 07-21-2014 02:40 PM

eh, it's not all that difficult... there's some loop holes that let you get it into certain states, and once it's in those states re-registering it is easy...

rhd cars are generally cheaper than the usdm counterparts at the end of the transaction unless it's wildly exotic...
