Im trying to do a pm but I guess this is how it works...anyways..my site is 0% e-commerce I advertise NOTHING sell NOTHING.. have links to you and club loose.. you guys seriously sent me a "warning" for trying to promote my blog (aka a list of upcoming events/registration info and random drift/tuning related sh*t) im only doing it because the drift scene here is 1/10th of what its like in other parts of the country.. like I said to doug.. its a shame I cant spread the drift word on your forum.. please tell me what im not understanding.. because if you guys are really competitive like that this site is an embarrasment to the sport(if and only if your telling me yous care about visits that much) thanks for the welcome

I just did in about on 3 different .edu sites,not commercial ones where they try to sell it as such. You said you were going on a diet,not changing your diet. therefore that is incorrect

3 years of health promotion and fitness classes. first thing that was said in every class. you can change your diet,but you can not go on one.
