    for some reason i cant post an answer to your question in the forum. In the state of pennsylvania if your car comes equipped with a third brake light it must be visable functional and in working condition, but if your new wing doesnt have one and you were to take your car somewhere besides your mitsu dealer they probably would never no it wasnt originally there.

    Haha nah thats the name I use since I didn't know who you were but I never saw that car which is weird cause i'm always in souderton. But I lift with shawn stanley and he says that evo goes fassssssst lol. Anyway thats cool your a dsmer, I tried to get my recent girlfriend involved last year but she decided to go with a non-turbo spyder and got my sister to follow seems like you actually know whats up!
