Well, I talked to a "police" friend of mine today. He said that the "arrest itself" was completely legal, but that there was no reason to treat me and her the way that they did. He also said the non-county/non-issued constable had no real justifiable cause to be there, being that I have no prior history of violence, own any weapons, and no record of eluding/evading/resisting any arrests. (I've been thru this before! LOL). It was questionable at best. I was told that the best option at this point is to file a complaint with the State Police and have them handle it. I really can't afford to get a lawyer anyway, so I guess I do it that way and just move on from here and hope I don't EVER have to deal with this particular district court. I have had prior issues with them regarding past citations that were supposedly "taken care of". That is a whole nother story in itself that I'm not gonna bore you with. I do appreciate the "concern".
Thanks,
Chris
