I passed the message on to Chris at GV Autosport who donated the head unit. He said it wouldn't be a problem to take care of that for you. If you haven't heard from him yet let me know and I'll follow up on it.

hey wats up Troll, my names Jose and i finally got around to installing that Pioneer headunit i won at the Morgantown Sonic Raffle... its sayin error11... google'ed it, cd lense is shot/dirty... anything u or the sponsor could do to help me wit this or do u know of a repair shop for audio equipment that i can take it to??? it was brand new so this is odd lol
