Goin to try to make this short. My friend used to live in Flordia, where there tint really doesnt matter. he got 5% done.. so he moved here to Pennsylvania and after a while started gettin pulled over repeatedly , so he finally gets his two front windows done to 35% which the place said they are legal. later that week he got pulled over again and was told that no tint is legal.. so later that day we went to three police stations and got three different answers... hes tired of wasting money on tickets and replacing tint.. what is LEGAL... and what should he do..
