Beadlock wheel's?

Hey guy's, Quick question. I have on my new wrangler a set of bead locking wheel's I have some pretty heavy duty tire;s on my jeep and have been told that beadlock wheels are illegal in some state's I have talked to my mechanic and he said there legal in PA but i am asking to be sure. Bead lock's are 2 peice wheel that basicley to lock the bead a round hoop is bolted down onto the rest of the wheel to hold the tire on.

Awsome thanks dude. I did see whaty looked to be a DOT engravement on it. hopefuly there legal though.

One thing i did want to add is i know some tractor trailer's have bead locking wheels (i beleave for liquid transport) but there might be diffrent laws for CDL enforcement.
