we were driving the other day some lady was tailgating me i gave her the finger, along with 3 others in my car she called the police we got pulled over and were all given tickets for disorderly conduct. I recieved the fine today and its for $409 and there is no way I am paying that much, do u think i could get it lowered?

ok, thats a loaded question. Here are some questions for you. Did the lady stop when you got pulled over? Did she sign the complaints or did u guys all admit to giving her the finger, and the cop wrote you the ticket? Everyone received a disorderly conduct summons for just you giving the finger? Again, i would suggest you go to court, explain the situation and see what the prosecutor will do. Answer my questions, and maybe I can continue to help you out.
