Oven, pull apart, clean, apply new silicone, oven, make sure its sealed! :thumbup:

Let me know if you need any help...and don't leave your headlights in for anymore than a 90 seconds at 400 degress I believe. Thats how I painted mine black!

Good luck. Somehow, someway, moisture still finds its way inside. Water is a bitch! I had 2 xenon bulbs burn out due to moisture in the projector. And Ive done EVERYTHING to seal that thing up.
