Is that a picture of a car that you actually worked on,
or just a jacked advertising image from 3M, Meguires, ect...? (ive seen it on advertisements...)

Restoring headlights can be a very timeconsuming process depending on the condition. I did the vipers last year starting with 320 to get to a fresh layer of plastic then worked my way up from there, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, polish

some cars lights only need the ploish, some can start at 600or800 if they only have light scratches

The 3" rotary drill acessory that comes with the 3M kit makes the job alot easier, but you have to be more carfull to not burn the plastic when usign this.

if you dont have the time/patience/knowhow to do this i think it'd be well worth it to pay someone who knows what they are doing because shiny headlights can really make a positive diff to the overall apperance of your car.

Yes i do know how to do this. I work in a body shop where I have done this to serveral cars and also on the side. 3m has trained me to do it.
