Membership upgrade renewal busted?

Question:

According to my paypal account my gold membership renewed April 13th but I don't appear to be a Gold member any longer.....not sure what's going on. I definitely enjoy donating to the site, it's one of the better car forums I've run across and would love to continue to help out. Plus having a huge PM box that I don't have to worry about cleaning is a plus. Somebody let me know what's up.

yo buddy, sorry about not catching this sooner.
i am running out right now but can you send me a PM so i remember to look into this when i'm back at a computer?
i have had a few not renew properly and had a guess as to why that was, but if yours didn't then that throws my theory out the window, damnit.
i will get you all set though and will look into why this is happening, and hopefully find a solution to it.
