7 mins of twisties and I'm freakin dizzy...good music though. If I found roads like that, I would spend all day on it. At least ½ a tank of gas just back and forth..

How does he have his radar mounted in the STi? I don't see wires...

He has my radar detector, which coincidentally is for sale.
Excellent vid too.

i dont believe that this video is played back at normal speed.... its not sped up enough for it to be obvious, but i dont believe that he can take those corners at those speeds with absolutely no body roll and without sliding off the road.
if anyone can find the source of the vid and the driver then that'd be great cause if his car is set up to really be able to corner like that then i want to know more, but i dont buy it.

and i doubt that is colorado, but there are plenty of roads like that there... i went on drives when i could, but i wish i took advantage of it more when i was out there.

I agree with Troll, the video was sped up to 125~135% and then overlayed with music at 100% for (possibly) both entertainment and to mask the sound of the engine, which sounds abnormally high-pitched for ANY boxer I've ever heard.

1) There's no body roll on the car around the hardest corners
2) Entry into the corners are not wide for the perceived speed and no tire squeal
3) At the perceived speeds the driver's (Gus') hands are too fluid, anyone driving that fast would be "sawing" the steering wheel

But as stated before, still interesting to watch and I too am envyous of those roads!!

It is SO INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS that that movie is sped up. Otherwise the oncoming traffic would be doing like 90mph

I knew it was sped up as soon as I watched it. That why the video is "neat," otherwise it wouldn't be anything special.
