Pinks All Out: May 14-15

So Maple Grove is having Pinks All Out for the second time. Was curious if anyone was going to spectate or race. My brother will probably be racing our '69 Camaro and I'll be racing my '85 Camaro. Should be a packed house. Don't be afraid to come by and say hi.

a few of us from the shop will be there as well. make sure to look for Mike Boccella's gold 93 mustang... huge Excel Customs logo will be on the rear window. we just painted it and it looks incredible. it's expected to be in the low 8 second range, maybe even breaking into a high 7 sec run. i have a feeling he'll be tuning it down a little for this Pinks though. lol.

yea pinks normaly picks somewhere around the 10 second ish range.

This is the schedule I got last week. And I don't see it being the 10 second range. I see some 9 second cars being picked. A lot of quick guys coming.

saw a picture of it at Quay's new shop when i was dropping my car off, looked good...last time i saw the car it was on its lid at the NMCA race last year, we were supposed to be the next pair down the track when he wrecked

Junior I'll have Greg text you about it. You will probably want to come out Saturday. It's going to be a packed house. We have a dark dark blue '69 camaro and I have my red '85 Z28. Look for a bunch of motorhomes parked together and then a little black truck and open trailer haha.

Razlers car is really nice. Maybe I'll see some of you guys whilst I'm driving around in the golf cart, or stop by the trailer. Maroon 68 camaro, NMCA windshield banner, northeast pro street shootout decal on rear window, and my silver civic si will be parked next to the trailer

I'm just saying if you didn't have a car faster than 13 seconds they wouldn't let you in. I tried to convince them my twincharged cobalt ran mid 10's with nitrous. They wanted a slip which of course I didn't have lol.

Luckily, my Girl won tickets over the radio, and her name was in a drawling to see who gets "Behind the Scenes" passes to meet the crew of the show and a bunch of other stuff.... She won that also. :D I'm Excited like crazy!

high 9....they had 4 classes they could have gone with, high 9, low 10, mid 11, and a high 8, but they only had 16 for the high 8 and wanted to do a 32 car runoff

My brother was. Went 8.88, 8.85 and 8.91. Basically where we wanted it for Pro. Not sure if he was part of that 8 second field he was saying was tightest in history.
