Me and my friend have been doing these "progression" video's for a few years and I figured I'd post it up, maybe get some more people pumped up to lift or even motivated to do their own.

He's only 23 he's not ready yet, but probably in the next 2 years he should go for his pro card.

Although it is harder to be 5'7" & 250lbs at 7% bodyfat then 6'+

It's alot easier to fill out a 5'7 then a 6'4 frame!!!!

Fill out yes, but to go past a certain point and weight it's much much harder.
