k this happend like an hour ago i was in the school parking lot and i spun my tires out for like 2 seconds the officer pulled up behind me and kinda stoped me
he did nit tune on hit lights and i was stnding out side his car while he wrote the ticket basicley the whole way around but i got the ticket he only gave me carless driving insted of reckless driving so im only seeing 3 points from it and not losing my licence but is there any way to fingt that or should i let it go with what i got because i only got off with carless driving because i dident make a big deal out of it.

NO, i would suggest that you go to court. I work in NJ, so that is the state I am speaking for. If you are not living in NJ, some things may be different. In NJ careless driving is defined as "A person who drives a vehicle carelessly, or without due
caution and circumspection, in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to
endanger, a person or property, shall be guilty of careless driving." My suggest would be for you to call the court and tell them that you are going to plead not guilty. They may at this point push back your court date. Now go to court, speak with the prosecuter, and they may be able to reduce the ticket to "unsafe operation of a motor vehicle." This would be a $250 extra surcharge, plus $100 ticket, plus about $30-40 in court fees, but would be no points. If you have any more question, please just say what state the ticket occured in.
