Looking for a shop on behalf of my father to fix his 2000 celica GTS. It has what we presume is a common problem with this motor in it's early years - broken/worn lift bolts. The motor won't go into lift at all. It hasn't in some time now. Runs fine otherwise. A year or two ago it started going into lift intermittently, then eventually stopped all together. We've read some DIY's that describe the replacement of the worn lift bolts, but there's a chance they need to be extracted, or if they've sheared and fallen into the motor, it needs to be torn down and removed. We dont want to get in over our heads, So he wants a shop with some experience with this motor to do the job. thanks!, Dave

That is great to hear. I am sorry I didn't reply sooner. Somehow this slipped off of the front page for me when you first posted.
