View Full Version : Unsigned citation rule
I recieved a ticket for 3323 (B) failure to stop at a stop sign tonight... and the officer never had me sign the part of the ciation where it says "Defendant's signature - acknowledgement of citation".. it just says photo id in there. What is that all about? I remember signing past tickets I've gotten. Is this a way I can use to get out of the fine, or the insurance points?

No.. i never have anyone sign a ticket..#1 for safety.. so Im not reaching into their car and giving them a potenal weapon that they could use on me..#2 GERMS.. I dont know where half these people have been and what they are touching with there hands and I dont want it on my pen that i have to use all day...
