It is rape, but not your typical hold-you-down-in-an-alley type. It's the kind when you rape someone who is drunk, drugged, passed out, or otherwise impaired. It can also mean you threaten the person into intercourse.

It can also be applied to someone who causes this to happen, i.e. if you drug someone so someone else can rape them, threaten them, etc.

Stichris, I am guessing you are into law, or your a known sex offender who knows all about this. heh. just kiddin of course. this matter, rape, is not the hottest topic i have ever talked about. It prolly is the worst thing I can imagine and is definately a topic that sends shivers down my spine. No human should EVER be a part of this. This is one of those things where I am sick of be being human. If I have ever met someone who did this, i would prolly go against my rights and destroy them. NO one ever deserves or should be a part of that. Sorry that I am going too deep into this matter, but I am a huge anti-rape person. Again, STI, Im not saying you are, heh. But those people are out there and that makes me sick.
