tire chirp ticket

ok so this happened the other night at the freehold meet , well not at the meet but 10 min away from it, i stopped at the light and once it turned green i was taking off and my tire caught ice and my tire startet to chirp and then after about 1 mile down the road the cop pulled me over and told me what i did and asked me "whats going on you in a rish or sumthin laying down rubber like that you gopnna be racing or sum,thin?" and then after about 15 min of just waiting there he gives me a 2 point careless driving ticket i wanna know would i be able to beat it? and not pay anything?

if the cop didnt realize there was ice in the street it may have looked to him that you launched your car at the light and did a burn out..like i said before I dont know alot about traffic court.. It may be wise to talk to a lawyer to see what they say about fighting it...

yeah but the thing is i just saw my lawyer tuesday foir a ticket i got in perth amboy wich suckes cause im still trying to pay that one off do you think theyll let me off with a warning or drop the ticket to a lower fine with no points
