Jk. No donations needed. But i would like some input to my situation.
Yesterday afternoon in was on Rt 30, returning from droping parts off at Xotic/Andrew, and got pulled over for speeding. I was in my subaru, but probably would have been going faster in another vehicle because i drive cautiously in the WRX. I was trying to pick my daughter up on time so would have been pushing the speed limit in any vehicle i would have taken (had to clarify that with my wife so she doesnt become a suby hater) . I know, im a Dumb a$$.

-At first i was pleaing guilty and sending the $ ($190), but iv decided to "fight" or try to plea a lesser violation/speed in hopes of getting less points. I dont give a ratsass about the $/fine. iv done this with great success in the past, last one being over 3 years ago. Just showing up and being respectable usualy helps. I know the chances are slim ill get pulled over again b4 some points are knocked off (one year) but i need to atleast try to get less points. I dont think anything worse can happen.

-Any input weather or not i cld legitly fight the ticket? he got me with RADAR. Wld a radar detector have saved me? I need one anyway.

-Is there a time limit he has to give a ticket? Can they keep you there an hour to give a ticket? probably all day if they want.

My grandfather was a police chief out there and now a mayor. he use to specialize in radar adn vascar so im also calling him to get some consult.

thanks
