I am so ready for spring/or I got cabin fever

Really starting to suffer from cabin fever.

Got some stuff planned in the spring but didn't make any trips to Florida this winter like I normally do.


Anyways a guy in Germany is making some reproduction parts that porsche stopped making 30 years ago. Just so happens I really need those parts. Should be here by the end of the month and on my car by mid march. Rather exciting testing new parts for someone.


Have a big porsche gathering in April that I am looking forward to. Gone for the last 4 years and everytime my car has been in the shop. Thinking this year the curse will be broken and I will show up with a porsche for a change.



This year I plan to get back to doing more automotive filming. I do some of the Super Speeders stuff but plan to do more. What I am really excited about is talk of doing the gumball rally. No plans yet but that would be really cool. Also talk of doing some hill climbs. Most important I got to get back to autox, I am getting rusty.


So enough rambling on my part. What car related stuff you guys got planned this year?

I love the snow, but i'm ready for some warm weather!

I have my prodrive lip and jdm sti grille that need to be painted then im paintin my stockers, bronze probably, and blacking out my pillars and headliner. Can't wait for the warmer weather.

I'm ready for some top-down Miata runs that don't require me to wear 8 layers of clothes and 5 hats.

I'm plannin' on getting rid of that piece of junk ebay turbo set up my DSM came with. Some broken knuckles, lots of swearing, and about $1,500 later I'm hoping to be putting down about 300 at the wheels.

The PLAN is to do this by mid March, like thats going to happen:screwy: Summer is a more realistic deadline. lol

My car is so boring right now.

It's going to be a completely different animal once it warms up. Awesome new parts outside and inside, all of which are already on order from Japan.
