gold evo 8 montco?

about 15 mins ago i saw a gold evo parked in the grass in the parkhouse parking lot at montco campus in blue bell..had no front bumper on it just the FMIC chilling..it also had a carbon fiber hood..anyone on here? the car looks mean as hell.

yea his names basit he went to my high school he just got it like last week and a F&F body kit on it so he took the front bumper off car is pretty sweet tho

Exactly, and how can it be called a steal when it has a ricey kit, and gold paint? I haven't seen it but if the owner won't even drive around with the bumper on, and another guy said the back is ugly then what good is that? May also been in accident, reason for the kit, paint, and low price.

i saw it a few days ago and the paint doesnt look bad. not something i would choose by any means. the rear bumper is not bad, but its definitely no JDM rear :)

And i personally would never buy a modded car... again someone elses project. unless you know the history on the car... most evo guys drag there car and track it. I should know from experience since i own one haha... its never usually a safe bet to buy someone elses highly modded car.. one thing goes wrong and he might just have to pay a few grand to fix it.. there not cheap to fix... rather buy a stock car and do it all myself.. kinda why i went brand new and got the X

yeah, while searching for a parking spot this same gold Evo went past me in a parking lot asile at about 10-20mph in reverse. I feel bad for the poor car.

....okk hold on...FIRST- He just got it so what does he have a day after owning it to paint it, get a bumper, and what not for it not to be rice? SECOND he got it for like 5k with 40k miles it was repoed, THIRD it has not problems what so ever its a good running car, FOURTH it is pretty stock and makes 300 horse power on only 18psi. Any other haters?

its not a bad car... just needs some love. He got it for dirt cheap, and I repinned some stuff and it fired right up (no it didnt run). It has 58K on it i think - or close to 60. The car isnt bent or dented up or nothing - just a ugly color. Perhaps with a stock front and rear it will look ok.

He already replaced a caliper, rotors, tires, and did minor stuff to it - its not like he isnt trying to make it better. It takes time and hes 18 and isnt a rich kid.
