Black DC2 teg with JDM frontend at IHOP

Went to the new IHOP on 202 for lunch today and saw this black Integra. Looked like it had black wedsports but I didn't examine it too hard. Had a JDM front and maybe needed some paint on the lip. Anyone on here?
