Hmm I'm not sure dude. I'm pretty sure the windows weren't tinted a year ago when I talked to the kid. I remember him saying he had a CP-E SB, CAI, tp or dp, and he was early 20s and white if that helps anyone. The one the other night may have had tinted windows though so I don't know...He was umm behind me lol.
