Sure you can. What you can't do in NJ is have a passenger who isn't an instructor.

There wasn't a thread for the 2nd event so I'll put my post up in here.

I just finished last night the editing of my video for this past saturday's event. It has Steve in a yellow mr2, Chris in his primer black bmw, myself, justin in his old school ford tarus SHO, and the shumacker taxi with "Animal" in the back seat. go check it out and let me know what you think.

Really? I saw several people ride along who were not instructors, and a buddy of mine rode along and no one said we couldn't do it. He wore a helmet, of course.

Pretend it never happened and don't let it happen again.

Seriously, NJ state law prohibits two non-instructors in the car. Either the driver or passenger has to be an instructor. I'm positive this was covered in the drivers' meeting.

I don't remember any of the speakers saying anything about ride alongs. This is the first time I heard this, but then again this is/was the first time I autocrossed in NJ.

When will the results be posted?

Awesome.

Thanks for video and ur wife for taking it. I like the beginning

I will make this meet too. I love this stuff, I had a blast both times so far. This SHO is getting a HUGE upgrade and should be a good deal quicker!!!! (if it gets installed in time)

Whatcha gettin?

Getting rid of that peesky 1 wheel peel when u turn and try to go! And no more worring bout the diff pin ejecting itself threw the case. (semi-common on the MTX IV)

I picked up a quaife, a TQ biasing lsd. YAY! It will definatly drop my times. the tight stuff is a weakness for this car, esp any open-diff car

Don't recall it being mentioned this time.
