includes vehicle specific instructions (available for most vehicles)
revitup tuning software
comm cable
The tuner box was designed so that it could be easily added to a a stock engine controller. Its purpose is to make the existing system "tunable", without any chip changes and without touching the ECU. In fact, we sell a shorting strap which will revert the vehicle back to standard, making detection impossible.

Tuning the tuner box can be done in real time while the car is running. Installation is simple with an average installation consisting of 6 wires connected to the cars original wiring loom, changing the settings of the unit in the setup section of the revitup tuning software and you are ready to retune the car.

you can also configure it to run a gm 3 bar map sensor on your vehicle.

this system looks very complete ray. But im prety sure I will need a full standalone in the long run. I am gona cross post this over at some subie sites since you said its for basically any car. i think this is a very good alternative to emanage and SAFC

RayArroyo
01-12-2006, 03:16 PM
it is very complete

the nice thing is the units are precofigured by us for each car. so all you ave to do is install it and fire up the car,

so this is more like a piggy back unit, better then a SAFC but not quite AEM, also is it similiar to ECU+?

RayArroyo
01-12-2006, 07:05 PM
it is a piggy back

the aem is a standalone

if you want a stand alone we sell the hydra ems

Hey Ray, can you map this at all for my Scion tC with ZPI Stage 1 Turbokit?

Hey Ray, can you map this at all for my Scion tC with ZPI Stage 1 Turbokit?

Sure. Basically all I need is a wiring diagram for your ECU and a little time and we can have it up and running.

The nice feature about the tuner box is that unlike a SAFC, which uses 2 dimensions (ex. throttle position vs. RPM or Throttle position VS. boost), we can moniter and adjust for 3 dimensions. This means that I can watch RPM Vs. Load (Boost) Vs. throttle position and tune for every scenario the car can throw at me. Adding fuel for part throttle high boost, pulling timing between shifts because of high pressure high timing, etc, can all be worked out with our software.

Yes it is.
There have been a couple companys that have tried to do some kind of tuning with no luck. the only thing available is unichip. but its about 600$ for about a 10% gain.
Superchip was working, but gave up.
CP-E had a MAF tuner. Thats about it.

I am really interested in seeing if your tuner box would work with the Mazda 6 as well. Have you been able to get the box to work on a CAN Bus ecu (not sure what the Cobalt has)? I have been waiting for a tuning solution for my car for awhile, I've been through a 2 Extra Injector setup (stock ecu's leaned out as we dumped fuel from the 2 extra injectos) and a MAP Ecu both ended in failures. CUrrently I am running with the stock ecu with 2 Turbonetics T3 Supers (a/r .36) and would be very interested in a tuning solution for our cars.

I have since made this a show car more now, but would be very interested in driving the car quick. I picked up an extra tranny cheap and will be building it up over the summer. I have PM'd you regarding some other items I am interested in as well.

I currently have the Mazda 6 Shop Manual and Wiring Diagram.

it was nice to meet you ray and tiny and Dennis today.

Honda cars with VTEC have two ignition and fuel maps for when you're in and out of VTEC. will this product ever accomplish that?
