Last meet had about 20 people show up.6 Subarus, 6 Scions, S2000, Mazdaspeed, MR2. It was a nice turnout for 3 days of planning.

Hey guys. Meet coming up this week. Spread the word as everyone is welcome. Chances are the weather won't be in our favor, but regardless BWW has been fairly gracious that we are filling their seats on the quieter nights. Dress warm, expect it to be around 30 degrees and probably windy. As of late people have been showing up about 6:30ish which is great, I Will try to stay out in the lot until 7 just so we dont miss anyone. If you do show after 7, find a place to park your ride and just look for us inside. Regardless of how many people show, I will be there since it is literally 4 miles from my house.

BUT, i just happened to be crusing down rt13 on my way from the homesite in Smyrna to my condo in Milford and saw the lineup out front of BWW. Even though i was already a halfhour late for dinner with my girl i had to keep it real and stop by to see what was up. Nice turnout. I liked the variety of Scions, 3 of em boosted? Good sh!t.

Hey everyone, sorry the OP hadnt been updated. It is now however. Next meet on schedule for 2 June at which time we shall discuss the BBQ meet. I want to get a pretty good idea of how many people are interested and a day/time. Place has been picked.

not sure if im gonna make it, but i strongly suggest that yall dont dick around in the parkinglot tomuch beforhand as the FLYERS game is gonna have the house Packed. Get a table, then check out the whips afterwards.

Also, its prob too late to change the venue. But in the future when there is a Big game on the night of the meet maybe we could switch to SportZone in Smyrna. They have a very nice setup of projectors like BWW but are usually less crowded since it is located behind a shoppingcenter out of sight. Also, it'd be alittle closer for teh few that drive down from newark. (located just a block away from the SouthSmyrna Exit.)

Funny that you say that. Katsimbris worked for a property management company and he said that was one of the properties that was under their rule. The owner has a bunch of failure stores and hes keeping it all afloat with the BWW business. Don't expect a better lot for a while. I might just move our spot in front of Value city so we dont have to park in that crap hole.

the bdubs meet is held in Dover.... you're in the thread for it. we meet at the bdubs parking lot, hang out for a little bit and then decide whether to go in to eat or go elsewhere.

the meets held in the Newark area is in a separate thread and the meet/eat spots change everytime (check the thread for info). as for meeting at a northern bdubs... i believe we're not welcome at the route 40 (Bear) location anymore. they don't like our kind up there.

anywho, maybe one day they'll have bdubs meet up north again, there are a few other locations to choose from. but this isn't the thread for it the northern meets.

Guys and Gals. This weeks meet will be taking place at Mid Atlantic Grand Prix in New Castle.

Time: 7:00PM show at Building (Check OP for details and address)
Cruise: 6:15PM Smyrna WaWa on route 13 to the facility.
Price: 45$ per person
You get: Food, Drinks and 2 races. Each race is 20 laps. Trust me after 2 races you will be pretty tired (I was).
We are limited to 14 racers on the track at a time. I have about 9 reservations filled.

if the weather plays nice (just cold, not snowing or raining) then there'll be almost 10 cars out there..... that's the typical showing for winter meets. once the weather gets nicer the numbers will grow. i remember us having near 30 cars at one meet in the summer.
