Driving home from work on I-83South, I was coming up on a silver 1999 BMW that I thought was a M3 and when I got closer I confirmed it!! Pulled up closer to reveal a temporary tag from PA, extremely tucked wheels in the rear that were blacked out stockers with bmw center caps, tinted, slight exhaust rumble ...then when I got around to the front I noticed this HUGE FMIC!! He was just cruising with his halos and fogs on with a M5 following..bastards...

extremely nasty car!!! Wish I had to ms3 out to see if I could get him to play...
