Well i had an accident. I backed up into somebody, the cop gave me a careless driving infraction i fought it in court. I showed up early talked to him and told him i couldnt afford anymore points. So he said that i could plea it DOWN. Thats cool i was happy with that so he picked improper backing techniques as my new offence. I asked him if that was no points, did the infraction have points with it. HE said no. SO i glady pleaded down to that and signed the paperwork. Now i get a letter in the mail stating my license is going to be suspended unless i take that course and get 2 of the 3 points taken off my record.
I called the court judge v. said that im pretty much sol b/c i called one damn day after the 30 day period which you can appeal. I also left a message on the officers voicemail asking him to call me back at work. His shift was supposed to be over at 4 pm today and still no call. Im thinking he wont call back. Any suggestions? Help me if you can.
I have another f'n court date in newtown on the 17th, damn the big wing its gone this summer, assuming i still have a license.
On a side note.
How hard is it for one to obtain a work license??? Just a vauge question, trying to look at all my options. Thanks in advance, i appreciate your time and concern. :thumbup:
