blue civic hatch in downingtown

Anyone on here happen to have a (not sure of the year, guessing early 90's, dont know my civics very well) blue civic hatch, black body kit, mesh in the front and back body kit, slammed, steelies on the front, and back, but on the back they had hubcaps, and an exhaust? Was behind them, and messin around with'em today goin to wawa. He was playin around to, revvin it up a little. (HE STARTED IT!) And also just out of curiosity, anyone on here have a wrx (dont know what color) with an exhaust, that lives around downingtown? Or know of anybody? (not really in downingtown, its right outside of it, called west bradford)

I have seen that Civic in d-town...he revved on me while I was behind him so I passed him like he was standing still---

I have a wrx w/exhaust and I am in D-town a lot (my GF lives there) and my parents live right outside of D-town in West Bradford township--thats where I do all my wrench work, so it might have been me.
