i herd that if your being pulled over by an unmarked car you can legalley run because any idiot can buy a crownvic and and pull you over like what happend in philly i got pulled over 4 speeding by an unmarked i was thinkin bout runnin not that i would but is it true that if you get away from an unmarked car your off the hook
and also is it true if you get away from any car they can not pin it on you at some random other time?
