My friend has a 93 civic (ex d16 vtec) and while she was driving it stalled on her she pulled over and the car wont start. Cranks but wont start.

I check the gas and and fuel pump and its fine.
Battery is fine and i even tried to jump start it with my car.
But for some reason there's no spark, whats so ever!
So i though it was the coil/igntior since hers looked kinda old bought a new one and replaced it still no spark. (spark plugs are 2 weeks old)
So i replaced the distributor with a new/reman one still no spark.
Cap and rotor looked good so i didnt replace those.
Checked all the wires and fuses and etc and everything is still good.
Opened the ecu up and everything looked good.
Only thing that i found was odd was the - and + terminals of the coil both had power when i used my test light.
I was reading online and it said something about the relay from the ecu and the map sensor not getting enough power i think it needs 5v im going to find my multi testers and test that tomorrow

any thoughts on what else it could be this has me stumped?

the main relay only controls spark... the ecu fuse and feul pump fuses control feul
