I sent payment to this man Kevin D. Searfoss on October 15th, 2009 via paypal to DarkMysticKnight@aol.com for a welded differential with 4.33 gears. He lives in either Dickson City, PA (near Scranton) so it shouldn't have taken long.

He responded to my WTB add:

A week goes by and no package so I call him and he tells me the diff was in his friends house and his friend was in the hospital.

Another week goes by and he tells me his friend died and he can't touch the stuff till the will is read.

Another week goes by and he tells me he shipped the item and I should have gotten it.

Another week goes by and he says he may not have written the zip correctly and the package was lost. I asked him 3 times for a USPS delivery confirmation number, each time he said he would call me back and give it to me.

This is why i always use a U.S. domestic postal money order when buying from private sellers online. If you send a us postal money order, and you dont get what the agreement called for, its a federal offense.

HAha ok Well the wheels are knockoffs so not worth stealing and the car has been traded so you can't steal that. But you should get a crew to roll up here and kick his ass. Then you can hang out with the decent car guys in the area after.

I just got off the phone with Kevin. He informed me that he has been in N.J. for the past few days without internet access. His phone has been out of commission.

He has initiated a refund in paypal and I'm just waiting for it to clear. Apparently the diff is still lost in the mail.

If this is a big mix up I apologize. I didn't want it to turn into a bashing session.

Obee i had a guy screw me on some cams a little while back, file a complaint and you'll get most of your money back. Paypal takes some out for its services which is b.s.

A guy from "midnight ryderz" used to come to the oaks car shows, he seemed ok kinda shady though sucks this happened.

not saying this happened but once i heard of someone else who got screwed on car stuff earlier in their life and the guy magically ended a hundred miles away from home drunk, naked in a cornfield 1/4 mile off the road hogtied left passed out all alone but its just a story and im a good boy now. if you need some ideas..... well you know. ghost will vouch for me.
