Got pulled over in Springflield township in berks county for speeding on rt 222, I was speeding, I deserved that. The officer also told me that he pulled me over for a secondary offense which was my tint. The tint is 20% all around, the officer tested the tint with his meter it read 15. He only gave me a ticket for the tint for a $75 fine for one window.

He said to remove the sunscreening or if I get pulled over again, I could get fined $109 for tint and $75 dollars for each additional window tinted. Seven windows tinted total. My question is is this statement on additional fines true?

I am going to pay the fine, but is it worth it to take it off? I commute through that area everyother weekend if that helps with your answer..

20% is dark. Expect more tickets... especially since your on record now. No more warning for you.

As far as taking it off, thats up to you. If you can afford the ticket, thats the price to pay for tint. If not, take it off.

I'm at 35% and don't get bother for mine.

The quicker you learn social engineering the better off you will be.

I would love to start a post here about social engineering and how to manipulate the world around you to your will. However that would be an incredibly long post and turn into alot of nonsense debates.

Having tint on a cheap ass nissan sentra is just begging cops to pull you over. Take it off and they won't bug you.

wow thats lame. Im tinting mine dark, but the only time it comes out is when its nice enough to have the windows down anyways

i recently had to pull my tint, got a $118 dollar ticket and went to court on it because i can't afford it. ended up getting the charges dropped.

that sucks dude, i talked to a borough cop out here at school and he said that its a good idea to take off the tint also... nice while it lasted, i cant afford the fines if i get pulled over again!
