This insane 4.3L Vortech powered CRX on 36" Boggers was dropped off this weekend for some custom header fabrication. The CRX was built on 2 Samurai frames and has plenty of room for a V8 (future swap). Best part is, the owner uses it for some die hard off roading. We're doing some one off headers for the V6 as well as some other small things. Enjoy!

That looks like it could be a hell of a lot of fun. Especially with a V8 in it.

The thing is insane! Locked front and rear diffs w/ dual reduction transfer case setup. This thing will crawl over other cars at idle!!!
I'll get more pics tomorrow. In regards to the two frames, he used 2 Samurai frames and sectioned them in order to get the correct length to accommodate the length of the CRX. Go figure, a CRX is actually longer than something! The sectioned frame was cut and welded in a "Z" as to add to it's strength. It may not look good, but it was put together right.

The back wheel has like 3 inches of travel before it hits the corner of the fender well.
