Just picked up a 95 civic, well had a driver headlight out so go buy new ones put it in dont work tried it in the other side works. but did it again but high beam works no low only on one side. No hack job nothing anyone have an idea.

sounds like your clip went bad. easy fix

get one of those and replace the harness it will take you about 15 mins to do. it happened to both sides on my 92 hatch
